Before you can use the Notary Hub platform by Everything Legal, you will need to be currently commissioned as a traditional notary and have filed an approved bond with the Secretary of State.


Note: If you do not already have a notary license, you will need to complete that as your first step


Step 1: Sign-up & Create Your Account With NotaryHub.com by Everything Legal

Obtain your Digital Certificate, Electronic Signature & Digital Stamp from our partners at SSL through our all-in-one platform!


Everything legal also provides you with the required Electronic Journal for documenting your remote online notarizations.

Step 2: File a Remote Online Notarization Application with the Secretary of State

If you are currently commissioned as a notary public and have filed an approved bond with the Secretary of State, you may request authorization to perform remote online notary acts by filing the Remote Online Notarization application ($25.00 filing fee) via the Secretary of State website at: https://www.sos.ok.gov/notary/filing/default.aspx.

Upon approval, the Secretary of State will provide written authorization to perform remote online notarizations during the term of your notary public commission.


Oklahoma does not require special training or an exam to apply for your Remote Online Notary authorization. Once you complete an application, pay the fee and notify them you'll be using Notary Hub as your RON technology vendor, you must wait to receive authorization from the Secretary of State before performing remote online notarizations.
