How To View, Print or Save Your Notary Hub Subscription Invoices/Receipts

We are always happy to provide specific invoices/receipts at your request, but if you want to bypass contacting customer support and retrieve them directly from your profile, here is how you do so:
From your dashboard, in the upper right-hand corner, expand the menu from your profile icon,
Select ‘Profile’ to view your profile info:

Locate the ‘Billing Info’ section in the bottom right area of the screen, and select the ‘Update my billing info’ button:

This will take you to the Everything Legal/Notary Hub user billing portal powered by Stripe, where you can view/print/save your invoices & receipts as well as update any billing info for your company.
