Prepare for a signing session

See below for a brief video entitled Prior to Entering a Scheduled Session. Before your session, you can review the documents, annotate them and add form fields to save time during your session with the constituent. If you need to create blocks of text to add to the document in advance, click the My Notary Blocks link in the dropdown menu under your profile.

Notary Blocks are images or standardized blocks of text that you have scanned or created that you can add to a document during Review or during the signing session. 

If you would like to test your tools and practice the signing process before a live session, select Test session from the dropdown menu of your profile. You can check your audio, video, document upload, and the signing process.
