Onboarding as a Corporate RON

To get started using the EverythingLegal platform, you’ll need to complete a few steps. Click on Notary Dash in the top menu of your logged-in home page and follow the links in the diagram to complete the onboarding steps.
Complete your profile
On your profile page, you can upload a photograph, select your notification preferences, provide information about you or your business, manage your password, and update your billing information.
Get custom URL
On your Notary Dashboard, you can customize and save a personalized URL to share with your constituents. This URL will allow constituents a direct link to your customized storefront, from which they can request and schedule notary sessions with you.
Create your digital stamp and signature
Click Signature & Stamp from the dropdown menu under your profile name.
To create your digital stamp and signature, you will need to either draw your signature, using your mouse or tablet pen, or select a typed signature. Then complete the form with your state license name, notary commission number, and notary expiration date.
Get SSL Certificate
Everythinglegal.com has partnered with SSL where you will purchase your secure digital certificate (prices vary from $62-$149 depending on the length of term). This is a requirement in addition to the EverythingLegal subscription costs to securely lock documents after they've been completed.

Get eRON endorsement
If you haven’t already obtained your electronic endorsement, go to https://www.dol.wa.gov/business/notary/nrequirements.html and follow the instructions.
