Register and select a Corporate RON subscription

1. On the everythinglegal.com home page, click the Register button and select Register as a Notary from the dropdown menu. 

2. From the options presented, click the Register button below the information titled Become a Corporate RON.

3. Create your account and choose a subscription option.

EverythingLegal offers several subscription options:


Annual Subscription

     ● 1 Year annual base subscription, includes 1 Notary user: $120.00

     ● Monthly pre-paid RON-arization sessions (choose one)

          o 20 RON sessions each month: $50.00

          o 50 RON sessions each month: $60.00

          o 100 RON sessions each month: $100.00

     ● Monthly additional Notary users (optional)

          o For each additional Notary: $10.00


4 Year Subscription

     ● 4 Year term subscription, includes 1 Notary user: $240.00

     ● Monthly pre-paid RON-arization sessions (choose one)

          o 20 RON sessions each month: $50.00

          o 50 RON sessions each month: $60.00

          o 100 RON sessions each month: $100.00

     ● Monthly additional Notary users (optional)

          o For each additional Notary: $10.00


Pre-paid session counts are aggregated totals for all Notary users within the account. RON sessions exceeding pre-paid count within subscription month: $4.99/each.


Your subscription includes:

     ● Securely Stored Digital Signature

     ● Securely Stored Digital Notary Stamp

     ● 24×7 access to the notarization platform

     ● Personalized URL to promote availability for mobile or RON Notarial opportunities


Once you are registered, you will be taken to your Notary Dashboard, where you can set up your personalized storefront, manage your subscription, view a graph of your notarizations by month, and manage your billing and payment methods.
